Our founder, Dr. Iwuamadi, has spent over 8 years as a board-certified psychiatric mental health professional, operating her own successful telehealth clinic. In that time, she witnessed — and personally experienced — one of the most persistent frustrations of independent practice: the crushing weight of administrative demands that compete directly with patient care.
